How common marketing strategies can help your office?
MarketingSHOWCASE
This week our Bevlan Blog is shared two days later than you may usually expect, and there is a simple reason for it – yesterday we’ve attended MarketingSHOWCASE 2019 in Manchester!
We met some very inspirational, confident and professional individuals who were passionate about marketing solutions and branding. That’s why this week in Bevlan Blog we’ve decided to talk about the common marketing strategies that can be, in some way, ‘applied’ to your office in order to improve your productivity.
But first, we would like to thank the organising staff of the MarketingSHOWCASE for the invitation. It was a great expo. We’re looking forward to seeing you there next year! Now, let’s move on with this weeks article and marketing strategies!
1. Three-second rule
During showcase events, like yesterday’s MarketingSHOWCASE in Manchester, the staff running each stand has to take the 3-second-rule into a count when trying to find potential customers from the crowd attending the event. This can sometimes be tricky, especially if their product/service is meant for a specific audience. In that case, the person running the stand will have to very quickly establish if the person they’re speaking to is an actual potential customer and if they will be interested in the product/service at all. It’s been established that the staff has about 3-seconds to give the best first impression and find-out if the attendant will become their potential customer. That’s why it’s called the ‘3-second rule’.
But how could this rule relate to your office? Well, making the right first impression is crucial not only during the showcase events. A great example of that can be your Reception Area. Some say that it’s the business card of your company, and just like during the showcase event, there is a limited time for you to impress the client.
We’ve covered the topic of Reception Areas in one of your previous Bevlan Blog articles. Give it a read to find out more:
2. Design and visual communication
The design is a vital part of all marketing strategies/campaigns. It’s used for grabbing the attention, highlighting the most important parts and making the information easier and more pleasant to read. However, the science of design is very complex and requires lots of skills and experience. Some campaigns may even require the whole team of designers in order to be successful. A team like this will need a workspace designed especially to help them collaborate, share ideas and produce high-quality graphics efficiently. A great solution to this can be our range of workspaces, allowing people to work together, but also provides dedicated space for each individual to work independently when needed.

3. The team – it’s your power!
A team is a group of individuals who work together in order to complete a specific task. Obviously, each of the team members has their own skills, experience, strengths and weaknesses. That’s why it’s important to stay connected and communicate within the team. With our range of Social Spaces, you can stay communicative, productive and effective while working in a team.
