Our mission
After having used our services at his previous company Protocol, the MD of Acrobat selected to use Bevlan to equip his new venture. As Acrobat win contracts which mean taking on new staff for a few weeks to deliver the product they needed a flexible solution, which would enable a 4 person desk arrangement to be easily turned into a 6 person arrangement for that time in effect adding 50% to the staff to create a call centre arrangement for the duration of the contract.
The Design
The Imperial ibench range was used for the desks in white with silver hoop leg and white Perspex screens, by using 4 person bench desks with the legs set back Acrobat were able to turn them into 6 person working areas when necessary and back to 4 accordingly. A simple white Receptive reception counter with a glass shelf was used to greet visitors but take up little of the important office space, with Chicago range modular reception seating in the company colours of orange and grey. The meeting room was furnished using a Quadrifoglio meeting table in wenge with silver tulip base and Vogue meeting chairs in black leather creating an executive and comfortable feel
