History
Over 30 years ago, Bev Mercer decided to join forces with her father, Alan and set up a company called New and Used Office Furniture, supplying mainly used furniture to local companies. Bevlan started to approach larger businesses through customer recommendations. After a few years, it became apparent that a more professional company name was required and Bevlan Office Interiors was born. Bevlan are now one of the leading office furniture suppliers in the North West and have built up a solid reputation with 30 years of experience and satisfied clients.
Environment
Our R4 environmental charter has been developed to encourage us to Reduce, Reuse, Refurbish and Recycle wherever possible. We strive to continually reduce our energy consumption and waste production. Training has been provided to all employees and energy saving initiatives introduced throughout the organisation. We are proud to offer customers the option of having old chairs professionally refurbished or disposed of in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. We work with partner organisations to support initiatives that enable old chairs to be reused by schools, charities and community groups. R4 establishes a new industry-leading standard for sustainability and sets us apart from many other seating manufacturers. The steps we take to remain at the forefront of environmentally friendly manufacturing and provide customers with an assured, ethical source of supply are described in our environmental policy.
